Year In Pixels mood tracker planner insert
A Year in Pixels template is a very popular mood tracker in the bullet journaling world and, why not, a great addition to any planner as well.
I like it because it’s fun and incredibly simple to use. All you need to do is coloring in a small square everyday and that’s it, super easy.
The idea is to build a picture of your overall mood for an entire year and help you get a better understanding of your mental health.
It consists of a grid with 12 vertical columns for each month, and 31 horizontal rows for each day, along with a color-coded key system representing different moods.
To start using this Year in pixels printable, just track as many moods as you want, and then choose a color for each of them. For example, you can use warm colors for positive feelings and cold colors for negative feelings.
This tool makes it really easy to find out if you are struggling with a low mood for too long, and in consequence, you’ll be able to act accordingly, making the necessary changes.
